A barback is a critical part of running an efficient bar during an event. Working with the bartenders to set up and break down. They are responsible for trash removal behind the bar, replenishing ice, restocking liquor and anything the bar may need so the bartenders are free to serve your guests. They will always keep an eye on the stock behind the bars and keep an eye out for any product that may be running low. 200 Proof barbacks are also trained to pour and can jump behind the bar if ever needed. At the end of the event the barbacks will make sure the liquor and any left over mixers are boxed and ready for pick up if necessary.
